I joined DeJesus Industries as an Assistant Project Manager after spending more than five years working hands-on across carpentry, remodeling, siding, masonry, and hardscape construction. My background in the field shaped the way I approach project management today: with a deep respect for craftsmanship, an understanding of how crews operate on the ground, and a commitment to quality that starts long before a project breaks ground.

My early experience included work in hardscaping, stonework, and outdoor construction, followed by seasonal roles as a carpenter’s apprentice where I gained proficiency in framing, siding, trim, cabinetry, flooring, rot repair, drywall, and finish carpentry. I later completed independent residential remodeling work and served as a mason’s helper, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both structural and finish phases of construction. This foundation allows me to bridge the gap between office coordination and field execution in a way that keeps projects moving smoothly.

At DeJesus Industries, I support day-to-day construction operations through subcontractor relations, project intake, business development, and ongoing customer success. I help qualify new business opportunities, onboard clients, coordinate with trade partners, and ensure that subcontractors, materials, and schedules stay aligned with project requirements. A major part of my work is maintaining clear communication between clients, office leadership, and field teams, ensuring that expectations are met, details are not overlooked, and the customer experience remains positive from first contact to final walkthrough.

Whether I’m coordinating a new project, solving a site issue, or helping a homeowner feel confident about the work being done, I bring the same mindset I developed in the field: be reliable, stay proactive, and never compromise on the integrity of the build. My goal is to support DeJesus Industries’ continued growth by helping deliver projects that are well managed, well executed, and built to last.
