I’m a construction operations and organizational management professional with extensive experience leading teams, managing complex projects, and developing the systems and processes that allow businesses to scale efficiently. Throughout my career, I have focused on improving operational performance, strengthening communication, streamlining workflows, and ensuring projects are executed successfully from planning through completion.

At DeJesus Industries, I serve as Chief of Staff, where I work closely with the CEO and leadership team to coordinate company operations, support strategic initiatives, oversee administrative functions, and help drive organizational growth. My role spans project management, operational planning, personnel coordination, budgeting, scheduling, compliance oversight, and process improvement. I help ensure that the company’s departments, projects, and leadership objectives remain aligned while maintaining the high standards of professionalism, accountability, and execution that define our organization.

Prior to joining DeJesus Industries, I held executive and operational leadership roles within the construction industry, including serving as Vice President of Operations for a multifamily renovation and capital improvements firm and Operations Manager for a leading flooring contractor. In those roles, I managed multimillion-dollar construction projects, supervised field and office personnel, developed budgets, negotiated contracts, coordinated subcontractors and vendors, implemented operational systems, and worked closely with owners, architects, engineers, and public agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget. These experiences provided me with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and business aspects of construction operations.

My professional background also includes business development, team leadership, recruiting, training, customer relations, and organizational development. Throughout every stage of my career, I have been passionate about building strong teams, creating efficient systems, and developing practical solutions that help organizations operate more effectively and achieve sustainable growth.
