Alberto J. DeJesus is the Founder and CEO of DeJesus Industries, a minority-owned construction firm specializing in high-end real estate development and historic restoration in New York and Massachusetts. A Boston University graduate, he is recognized for his expertise in construction law, project management, and finance, with work featured in Architect Magazine, Home Builder Digest, and NBC News.

Yun-Yang Tsai
Associate Accountant (PA)
Accounting & Finance
Yun-Yang Tsai brings a strong foundation in accounting, compliance, and operational finance, honed through his experience at KPMG Taipei and graduate studies at Boston University. His analytical precision and commitment to excellence support DeJesus Industries’ financial accuracy and long-term strategic growth. As an associate in accounting and finance, Yun-Yang supports, keeps, maintains, and analyzes the firms general and project level accounting (PA) and reports to the firms senior CPAs as well as the CEO.

Daniel A. Rabin

Daniel A. Rabin is a licensed Construction Supervisor with OSHA-30 certification and extensive experience in managing complex residential and historic renovation projects. He is known for his precision, leadership, and commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship in every phase of construction.

Justin T. Reney
Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Justin T. Reney serves as an Assistant Project Manager at DeJesus Industries, where he supports field operations through estimation, supervision, and client communication. Known for his initiative, professionalism, and hands-on approach, he contributes to maintaining project efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

Jaydon P. Belliveau-Ryan

Jaydon Belliveau-Ryan is an Assistant Project Manager at DeJesus Industries, where he supports project coordination, subcontractor management, and material procurement across residential and commercial builds. With hands-on experience in carpentry, remodeling, and masonry, he brings practical trade knowledge and strong organizational skills to every stage of construction.

Evandro D. Mendes
Lead Carpenter
Construction Supervisor
Evandro Mendes is a Lead Carpenter at DeJesus Industries, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and finish carpentry. A licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor with OSHA certification, Evandro has led and executed high-quality renovations across kitchens, bathrooms, structural framing, and full-home remodels. His background includes managing crews, interpreting construction documents, coordinating trades, and ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable building codes. With formal training from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a strong foundation in both carpentry and electrical systems, Evandro combines technical expertise, leadership, and craftsmanship to deliver consistent, detail-driven results on every project.
