DeJesus is the Chairman of DeJesus Corporation and the CEO of DeJesus Industries, an MBE-certified construction firm specializing in high-end real estate development and historic restoration in New York and Massachusetts. A Boston University graduate, he is recognized for his expertise in construction law, project management, and finance, with work featured in Architect Magazine, Home Builder Digest, and NBC News.

Ashley Imbrescia brings extensive experience in construction operations, project management, organizational leadership, and business process development. Throughout her career overseeing multimillion-dollar construction projects and leading operations teams, she has developed a reputation for creating efficient systems, improving accountability, and driving projects from planning through successful completion.
As Chief of Staff, Ashley serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping coordinate company-wide operations, project execution, personnel management, administrative functions, and organizational initiatives. Her background in budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, compliance, and construction management supports the firm's continued growth while ensuring projects and internal operations remain organized, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.

Yun-Yang Tsai brings a strong foundation in accounting, compliance, and operational finance, honed through his experience at KPMG Taipei and graduate studies at Boston University. His analytical precision and commitment to excellence support DeJesus Industries’ financial accuracy and long-term strategic growth. As the controller in our accounting and finance department, Yun-Yang supports, keeps, maintains, and analyzes the firms general and project level accounting (PA) and reports to the firms senior CPAs as well as the CEO.

His background includes managing crews, interpreting construction documents, coordinating trades, and ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable building codes. With formal training from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a strong foundation in both carpentry and electrical systems, Evandro combines technical expertise, leadership, and craftsmanship to deliver consistent, detail-driven results on every project.

As a Lead Foreman, he oversees day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring precise execution across framing, finish work, and complex interior systems. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and real-time problem solving, Richard consistently delivers projects that meet rigorous quality and timeline expectations. His background as a union carpenter and U.S. Marine reinforces a disciplined, results-driven approach, making him a trusted leader in delivering exceptional construction outcomes for DeJesus Industries clients.

Jordi Stephano brings a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure design, CAD modeling, and construction planning. With experience supporting water management, transportation, residential, and infrastructure projects, he combines technical precision with practical construction knowledge to help transform concepts into buildable solutions.
As a Project Engineer and CAD Designer at DeJesus Industries, Jordi supports project planning, engineering design, budgeting, cost estimation, and technical documentation across the firm's construction and development activities. His expertise in Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks, AutoCAD, and project coordination strengthens the firm's ability to evaluate opportunities, develop project concepts, and deliver technically sound construction solutions.
