We are an MBE certified, non union construction company with OSHA 30 and EPA certifications. Safety, compliance, and operational discipline are embedded into every phase of our work, from preconstruction through closeout.

DeJesus Industries self performs a substantial portion of interior commercial build out and renovation trades. This approach allows us to maintain tighter quality control, accelerate schedules, and reduce dependency on excessive subcontracting. Our self performed scopes include framing, drywall, wallboard, painting, flooring, tile, finish carpentry, and interior renovations such as bathrooms and kitchens.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, along with specialty scopes such as asbestos abatement and insulation, are performed by qualified licensed partners that meet our safety, insurance, and performance standards.

We maintain robust insurance coverage and bonding capacity appropriate for commercial and municipal projects. Payment terms are structured to align with project size and awarding entity. Initial engagements are typically cash based or NET 30. With an established working relationship, we can extend credit terms up to NET 60.

DeJesus Industries is a professional minority-owned, OSHA-30, & EPA LRRP certified construction company that started off as a part-time opportunity while Alberto was pursuing his undergraduate degree. While in college, Alberto had transacted on over $2M in Massachusetts residential construction contracts alone since 2017.

Since then, he has graduated from Boston University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and has expanded the company's presence in multiple states and is actively pursuing state and federal government contracts to diversify revenue and align the company with his future political and government ambitions.

In 2023, Alberto obtained pre-approvals from two financial institutions that utilize the SBA 7A loan program to acquire construction companies at the maximum lending amount of $5MM. He is actively searching for the right company to acquire to integrate into his current operation.
