A Bit About Me
I joined DeJesus Industries as an Assistant Project Manager with a strong track record in customer service, sales, and hands-on technical roles that shaped the way I manage construction projects today. I am a self-motivated, goal-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in moving work forward with clarity, urgency, and consistency. My career path has been defined by leadership, customer engagement, and a willingness to take on new challenges—qualities that translate directly into the way I support project delivery and field operations at DeJesus Industries.
Before joining the company, I worked across several roles that strengthened my ability to manage people, expectations, and complex workflows. As a Solar Consultant, I provided clients with tailored energy assessments and built new business through direct outreach and relationship development. My experience as a Sales Estimator gave me a foundation in planning, sequencing, pricing accuracy, and the quality requirements that go into any technical proposal. I also spent several years in high-volume customer-facing roles, learning how to listen, understand customer needs, and deliver reliable service under pressure. Earlier technical experience as a diesel technician gave me a problem-solving mindset, a willingness to get hands-on, and an appreciation for safety and precision.
At DeJesus Industries, I apply this diverse background to the full lifecycle of project coordination. I oversee customer handoffs, manage quality control, monitor site safety, maintain Gantt charts and construction calendars, and coordinate inspections to keep projects on track. I stay closely connected to clients throughout the process, ensuring that expectations are aligned, communication is clear, and concerns are addressed quickly. On site, I support progress by organizing workflows, tracking milestones, and assisting the construction supervisor and back-office team to keep operations moving efficiently.
I take pride in being a go-getter who steps up, leads from the front, and helps maintain a positive, productive atmosphere on every job site. My goal is simple: to ensure that every project moves forward safely, professionally, and with the level of quality that DeJesus Industries is known for. I bring energy, accountability, and a drive for excellence to every task—because in construction, momentum and leadership matter.
