Richard DeAvilla is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. As a Lead Carpenter, he plays a critical role in executing complex builds with precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship—from structural framing and interior systems to high-end finish work and custom detailing.

Richard has led field operations across full-scale renovations, new construction, and specialty installations, coordinating seamlessly between trades, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are consistently met. His expertise spans framing, cabinetry, millwork, tile, and exterior systems, with a strong command of construction sequencing, site logistics, and real-time problem solving.
