A Bit About Me
I joined DeJesus Industries as a Lead Carpenter with a deep, hands-on background in residential construction, remodeling, and site supervision. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked my way through every stage of the trade—from carpenter helper to lead carpenter and licensed construction supervisor—developing a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, safety, and disciplined execution. I take pride in being a reliable, detail-oriented professional who leads by example and approaches every project with focus, accountability, and respect for the work.
Before joining DeJesus Industries, I owned and operated my own renovation company and held lead carpenter roles with several residential builders, where I was responsible for managing crews, executing full-home remodels, and delivering high-quality results under real-world constraints. My experience spans framing, finish carpentry, masonry, electrical coordination, and complex renovations, all supported by formal training at Wentworth Institute of Technology and ongoing education in building codes and OSHA safety standards. Earlier in my career, I also worked as an electrician and trainer, which strengthened my technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly with teams of varying experience levels.
At DeJesus Industries, I apply this background directly to field operations and on-site leadership. I oversee daily construction activities, ensure work is executed in compliance with Massachusetts building codes, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. I work closely with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to keep schedules on track, address issues proactively, and maintain a professional job site environment. Whether coordinating inspections, guiding carpentry teams, or resolving field challenges, my focus is always on moving the project forward correctly the first time.
I take pride in being dependable, hands-on, and steady under pressure. My goal is to deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship while supporting the larger team and upholding the standards DeJesus Industries is known for. I believe strong leadership in construction comes from experience, preparation, and respect—for the craft, the client, and the people on site—and I bring that mindset to every project I work on.
