The historic Charles Winship house on 13 Mansion Road in Wakefield, MA finally went on the market-- but just for a short period of time.

This property being 1.14 acres and built in 1907, owned by one of Massachusetts most prestigious families, has been left abandoned for years and went on the market for $2.5 million and since the price has been reduced to $1.6 million with still no buyers.

The property has just has too many issues to be addressed and a concerning history which has repelled the interest of buyers.
