Jordi Stephano, B.C.E.

I am a civil engineer, project engineer, and design professional with a passion for infrastructure, construction, and the technical systems that bring complex projects from concept to reality. My experience spans engineering design, construction supervision, cost estimation, project planning, and technical drafting, with a particular focus on infrastructure systems, residential development, water management, and construction coordination.

At DeJesus Industries, I serve as a Project Engineer and CAD Designer, where I support engineering design, project planning, budgeting, technical documentation, feasibility analysis, and construction coordination across a variety of development and construction initiatives. My work involves transforming conceptual ideas into practical and buildable solutions through detailed modeling, technical analysis, cost evaluations, and project support. I collaborate closely with company leadership, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to help ensure projects are thoughtfully planned, technically sound, and aligned with overall project objectives.

Prior to joining DeJesus Industries, I worked on infrastructure and engineering projects throughout Brazil, supporting water supply systems, drainage infrastructure, residential construction, and utility design. As a Water and Waste Management Engineer, I contributed to the development of municipal infrastructure projects through CAD design, technical documentation, quality control, and project coordination. I also served as a Project Engineer supporting residential architectural projects involving plumbing systems, electrical layouts, construction consulting, and client coordination. These experiences provided me with a strong understanding of how engineering, design, and construction must work together to successfully deliver projects.

My technical expertise includes AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks, SketchUp, project scheduling, cost estimation, feasibility studies, and construction documentation. Throughout my career, I have developed a reputation for attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex engineering requirements into clear, practical solutions that support successful project outcomes.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Unifanor, part of the Wyden/DeVry International Group. Beyond engineering, I enjoy continuously learning new technologies, improving design workflows, and exploring innovative approaches to construction and infrastructure development. I believe successful projects are built on technical excellence, strong collaboration, careful planning, and a commitment to continuous improvement, values that guide my work every day at DeJesus Industries.
