2021 French Beaux Arts Revival

Inspired by a 1908 original French Beaux arts style mansion situated on a hill looking down at the world to give the wow factor upon arrival with a borrowed feature from a 1956 Kings Point mansion allowing for three open parking spots in front of the estate to show off your opulent vehicles on a decorative stone slab.

Before you get to the grand foyer you have to briefly walk up the grand entrance with two dramatic water fountains on each side welcoming you and your constituency.

This would be the most impressive estate in Brookline, even better than the once listed Brookline Reebok mansion which recently sold for $23M, one of the highest, if not the highest, valued property at the time.

2021 Contemporary Stealth

You are faced with a stealthy modern-traditional mansion. This Brookline concept stands an intimidating fifty feet tall at its peak with all modern and very large windows allowing for the most amount of natural light into the estate. The unique and dramatic center beacon also allows for an uber impressive fixture to hang fifty feet high! This property also has a gorgeous protruding floating glass porte cochere and a water fountain that shoots over fifteen feet high.

This concept mega mansion intended for Brookline, MA embodies the spirit of a youthful technology or medical sciences executive as a primary residence only minutes away from the most prestigious hospitals and universities in the country.

Our vision highlights exotic foreign design and construction, as seen in markets better known for extravagant mega mansions, like Los Angeles, California or Long Island, New York, to Brookline, Massachusetts.
