Any use, reproduction, distribution, or display of the DeJesus Industries logo or other protected intellectual property, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of DeJesus Industries, constitutes unauthorized use and may subject the infringer to legal action, including but not limited to claims for injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of attorney’s fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
