Nantucket mansion price reduced from $57M to $35M over 5 years

The 75-acre property of 260 Polpis Road of Nantuck, Massachusetts is still on the market and it's price tag has dropped 38%, approximately 22 million, since its first listing in 2013.

It was owned by Russell Phelon, the CEO of R.E. Phelon Co. of South Carolina, who unfortunately passed due to brain cancer.

The company was sold to Harvey Industries in 2011 and the property of the former CEO has been on the market since.
