During your appointment we will listen to your needs and wants, gather preliminary measurements, photos, and sketches. We will answer any questions about the project and lay out the logistics of what its like working with us. We will go over the level of freedom provided by the clients budget.
Should the client want to move forward, we ask the client to place a non-refundable deposit to prepare the formal documents, plans, and designs.
Design & Materials
Once we have a firm understanding of your needs and wants, we will propose a design and materials list of which we will base your proposal off of. There are no "estimates" as what we present to clients is the formal contract.
From here, the client will approve of the materials and designs to move on to finalizing the paperwork.
Proposal & Paperwork
Once we have all the necessary information, we will prepare a formal proposal and agreement for you to sign to begin the project.
When the agreement is signed, then the following items usually happen in this order:
- confirmation of design and materials
- submit building permit/insurance requests
- Materials purchase orders submitted
- confirmation of project schedule
- labor request and schedules submitted
- dumpster & waste services request
Completion & Walk through
usually 24 hours from tentative completion date
When we have completed the project, we will schedule a walk-through with you to ensure that the project was performed to your expectations. The project is rendered complete by signing a 'Project Completion Form' and satisfying any remaining payments.
